QUOTE: “In the past, communists marched in the streets waving red flags. Today, they march through <human resources departments>, college campuses, and courtrooms to wage lawfare against good, honest people. In Unhumans, Jack Posobiec and Joshua Lisec reveal their plans and show us what to do to fight back.” —J. D. Vance, Vice Presidential Candidate for Donald Trump.
In case you aren’t familiar with Jack Posobiec’s new book, Unhumans, Posobiec himself described it at an event in July, 2024: QUOTE: “We don’t negotiate with globalist neo-Marxists. We don’t negotiate with the political version of an auto-immune disease. In a word, ladies and gentlemen—taken from the title of my book—we don’t negotiate with un-humans. Because that’s the stakes of this battle: humanity versus un-humanity. Populist nationalists versus atheist Marxist globalists. Strength, beauty, and genius versus weakness, ugliness, and stupidity. Civilization versus barbarism. Crime and chaos versus law and order…” Jack Posobiec, July, 2024
Posobiec’s speech reminded me of a quote from Journalist Molly Ivins back in 1992 when she said of another speech: “It probably sounded better in the original German.”
But we don’t have to imagine how it would have sounded in the original German. The Nazi’s wrote at length about stuff like this. In fairness they called their enemies “Subhuman” instead of “Unhuman.” It’s such a minor change that I imagine Posobiec probably wrote his new book as “subhumans” and then did a Ctrl-F Replace on the document to change subhumans to unhumans. To illustrate the similarities, here are quotes from some actual Nazi’s:
QUOTE: “We shall take care that never again in Germany, the heart of Europe, will the Jewish-Bolshevik revolution of subhumans be able to be kindled either from within or through emissaries from without.” – Heinrich Himmler, 1936
QUOTE: “subhumans exist in every people as a leavening agent. “Bolshevism is the declaration of war by Jewish-led international subhumans against culture itself.” Josef Goebbels, 1936
QUOTE: “..The most important objective of this campaign against the Jewish-Bolshevik system is the complete destruction of its sources of power and the extermination of the Asiatic influence in European civilization… the soldier is not only a man fighting in accordance with the rules of the art of war, but also the ruthless standard bearer of a national conception. … For this reason the soldier must learn fully to appreciate the necessity for the severe but just retribution that must be meted out to the subhuman species of Jewry.” … From the 1930’s Nazi pamphlet titled “Subhumans”
Just because Posobiec changed Subhuman to Unhuman and because today people don’t say “Jewish-Bolsheviks” they say “Globalist neo-Marxists” the messaging sounds very similar, whether in English or the original German.
Part 1: About the Author
Jack Posobiec first came to prominence in 2016 and 2017 on Twitter. He claimed to be a journalist with a history of work for CBS News. CBS News has made it clear that this is a lie. Posobiec never worked for CBS in any capacity.
Posobiec worked for US Navy Intelligence. He describes his work for Naval Intelligence as highly classified. Public records show that he QUOTE “had ancillary duties <like being> a urinalysis officer and overseeing physical fitness testing in his units.” END QUOTE
Beginning in 2015 Posobiec began posting on Twitter under his Game of Thrones themed account “GOTFan” where he came out vociferously for Trump. On this account he would often use internet codes for pro-Hitler and antisemitic commentary such as putting triple-ellipses around the names of prominent Jewish people or through repeated use of the numbers 14 and 88 in his posts. 14 refers to the “14 words” and 88 is a refernce to H as the 8th letter of the alphabet. 88 is HH or Heil Hitler. Eventually he would switch his twitter handle and begin speaking in his name but these early posts as GOTFan are also him and they are the posts of a pro-Trump neo-Nazi.
He found mainstream prominence on Twitter through the Seth Rich conspiracy. Seth Rich was a democrat who worked for the Hillary Clinton campaign in the runup to the 2016 election. Posobiec was one of the myriad right-wingers who pushed a narrative that Rich was killed by Hillary Clinton. In this theory the Washington DC police covered this fact up and blamed his death on a robbery gone bad.
I won’t retread this but I do highly recommend the Podcast “Conspiracyland” from 2019 by Michael Isikoff if you want a full debunk of this stupid conspiracy theory. Basically, Posobiec’s claim was that it was Seth Rich, and not Trump or his campaign or the Russians, who leaked the DNC’s files to Wikileaks. In response to the leak Clinton had Rich killed. This theory is totally false, has been repeatedly debunked, and there is no evidence of any kind to support it. It is so false and inflammatory that new organizations like Fox News had to pay millions of dollars in a settlement to the Rich family for promoting this conspiracy theory.
Posobiec used his Seth Rich fame to begin appearing on popular right-wing shows.
- He appeared multiple times on Infowars with disgraced Newtown-shooting-denier Alex Jones.
- He appeared on shows with people like YouTuber Timothy Gionet aka “Baked Alaska” (who spent 60 days in prison for his involvement in the January 6th capital riot)
- In these appearances he began wearing a lapel pin for a group called “Lion Guard”. Lion Guard was a far-right extremist group. The name has a dual-meaning where it references the Benito Mussolini quote “It is better to live one day as a lion than 100 years as a sheep” which Trump tweeted in 2016. But it also plays on a weird fascination that right-wingers seem to have with Disney movies. For example, The Proud Boys (whom Trump told to Stand Back and Stand By) took their name from a song that was cut from the Aladdin movie, called Proud of your Boy. The Lion Guard seems to have taken its name from a spinoff tv show from the Lion King movie about a group of animals charged with defending “The Pride Lands” which began airing in 2015.
- Posobiec began regularly attending public events hosted by Richard Spencer. Spencer was the person who organized the United the Right rally in Charlottesville that resulted in the death of Heather Heyer. Spencer is largely disgraced these days but he was a figurehead of white nationalism for several years and was married to a Russian woman who seemed to have deep ties in to Putin-aligned Russian propagandists, such as Alexander Dugin. She was active on social media as “Nina Byzantina” and was active in her defense of Russia’s innocence; and also advocated for ‘natalist’ and European-purity causes.
Posobiec’s next big break after Seth Rich came by promoting the Pizzagate conspiracy. Posobiec has tried to downplay this more recently but in 2016 he repeatedly tweeted about it and even did a livestream of himself visiting the Comet Ping Pong restaurant where there were supposedly children being held by Hillary Clinton and her allies. His visit was so over the top that he was eventually led out by the police who described him as “creating a dangerous situation.”
Posobiec used an appearance on Alex Jones’ Infowars show to describe his visit. He stated they were harming little kids at the restaurant and that there was a secret door in the back that he was not able to access. He implied that there were children down there being held at the behest of Clinton and her staff. Posobiec’s rhetoric inspired a guy named Edgar Mattison Welch to drive from North Carolina to Washington DC in December, 2016. He was armed with an AR 15 which he used to threaten the staff of Comet Ping Pong. He was determined to find the door Posobiec described and to save the children. Police eventually de-escalated the situation and no one was harmed in the incident but Welch did spend 4 years in prison for it.
The restaurant still receives regular harassment from believers in the conspiracy. As recently as November, 2023 Elon Musk engaged in a thread on Twitter (X) where he attempted to revive the conspiracy theory.
In the years since Pizzagate and Seth Rich Posobiec has often kept himself in the news through provocative acts. A few years ago he led a campaign to try to convince people that former Twitter owner Jack Dorsey was promoting a “Rape Melania” hashtag. He would go around disrupting Shakespeare in the Park events. You get the idea – he was a troll online and in real life.
In this way Posobiec has occasionally drifted in to the absurdity of far-right conspiracy behavior that claims the popularity of people like him. But unlike other right-wing agitators and kooks Posobiec, so far, seems to have a good sense of awareness for where the line of absurdity is. While he has crossed the line now and then he always quickly gets back across the line and is able to present himself as more normal than other conspirady peddlers.
The same could not be said for some of the people he has worked with over the past 8 to 10 years. Take Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl. They were influencers like Posobied who also rode the Pizza Gate and Seth Rich conspiracies to some notoriety. Burkman and Wohl both fell out of favor after a series of stunts that blew up on them. For example these two goofballs held a press conference claiming they had proof that Robert Mueller sexually assaulted a co-worker. They had no evidence and no witness and the whole scam blew up in their faces.
Another far-right kook who is still popular on the fringes is Laura Loomer. She is notable for stunts like the time she handcuffed herself to the Twitter office in New York. Or a time when she jumped the fence to Nancy Pelosi’s house with the intent to squat on Pelosi’s property. Loomer is pretty far out there. But she was the Republican nominee for Congress from the 21st district in Florida; a race she lost to a Democrat by 20 points. Loomer has described herself as a “proud islamaphobe” and has said “I’m going to fight for white people” and “I’m a really big supporter of the Christian nationalist movement.” Donald Trump endorsed her candidacy in 2020.
Posobiec has associated with these people over the years but seems to have a knack for knowning when to distance himself from them. He also seems to recognize when it is time to move on. He stopped talking about Pizzagate and Seth Rich before the lawsuits started to fly. He got the benefits of being a conspiracy theorist in these spaces but mostly sidestepped the blowback.
In the runup to the 2020 election his big ‘thing’ became the “Stop the Steal” movement. Stop the Steal was a Roger Stone slogan in the Republican Primary of 2016. Stone used it against Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz, and others. Obviously Trump went on to win in 2016, so Stop the Steal was put to bed until the next election. As the 2020 election neared Stone, Posobiec, and a man named Ali Alexander revived the Stop the Steal rhetoric and began promoting it.
Roger Stone is a pretty infamous guy at this point. His back is covered in a tattoo of Richard Nixon’s face, he was part of the Black, Manafort, and Stone firm that basically invented the swampy world of political lobbying. He has been part of numerous political scandals over the years and is well known as always being right on the line between playing dirty and just being a criminal. He was convicted of several crimes but was pardoned by Trump before Trump left office in 2020. He has an extensive wiki page that pretty well spells out that he’s been a blight on America since the 1960’s.
Besides Stone and Posobiec the other Stop the Steal pusher was a man named Ali Alexander. Alexander’s rise to prominence came when he, along with the aforementioned Laura Loomer and Jacob Wohl, went to Minnesota to film a ‘documentary’ about US House of Representative member Ilhan Omar. In their movie they claimed that Omar married her brother so he could get US citizenship. During this visit Wohl filed a police report claiming that Omar, or people associated with her, were making terroristic threats against him. It was later confirmed that the threats against Wohl were made by Wohl himself to try to incriminate Omar. Like I said, people like Wohl are so absurd that they lose all credibility.
In 2019 Ali Alexander said of Kamala Harris: ” <she is> not an American Black; I’m so sick of people robbing American Blacks, like myself, of our history. It’s disgusting.” Donald Trump Jr retweeted Alexander’s claim but then deleted it.
In August, 2024 Donald Trump repeated Alexander’s line of attack while a guest at the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) event. Trump said QUOTE ““She was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage, I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago, when she happened to turn Black, and now she wants to be known as Black. So I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?” END QUOTE
Will Sommer of The Daily Beast said of Alexander’s relationship to Donald Trump QUOTE: “Donald Trump wanted him to speak at the January 6 rally… Alexander was a guy who had a lot of connections… He worked for the Kanye West fake presidential campaign for a while.”
Alexander was a key planner and organizer of the January 6th riot. He worked closely with Roger Stone and others to plan the day. Posobiec seemed to have some knowledge of the plan which he noted in tweets leading up to the event saying things like “Stop the steal is coming!”
In 2023 it was revealed that Ali Alexander had a long history of propositioning underage boys for sex. He used his ties to Republican operatives as a way to coerce minors to have sex with him. On April 14, 2023 Alexander issued a public apology. In a written statement, Alexander said he had long been “battling with same-sex attraction”, and that he had at times “been careless”. He described his behavior as “flirtatious banter” but continues to claim that “Nothing unlawful had occurred.”
In the aftermath of January 6th Posobiec tried to push a narrative that it was “antifa” and not Trump supporters who invaded the capital. Posobiec said QUOTE: “Eyewitness reports one of the first people to break a window at the Capitol wearing a US flag shirt but took it off and tossed it in bush after. Others in dark clothing urging people to rush forward, starting anti-government chants in crowd,” Posobiec posted to Twitter as the attack took place that day and the disinformation campaign started to trend.
Globally, Posobiec has been vocal in his support for neo-Nazi Marie Le Pen in France, has advocated for “hard-right authoritarianism” in Eastern Europe as part of his hashtag SlavRight campaign. Like Richard Spencer and Spencer’s wife, Posobiec has been vocal in his support of Alexander Dugin and Dugin’s philosophy known as neo-Eurasianism.
I’ve mentioned Dugin twice. Here is a quote about Dugin’s work from the SPLC to get a flavor of what it’s about QUOTE: “Neo Eurasanism is a political movement that envisions Russia as its own distinct civilizational entity that is between “Europe” and “Asia.” Dugin’s worldview blends Western fascist thought with more traditional Russian ultra-nationalism. Dugin’s 1997 book, The Foundations of Geopolitics, a 600-page Russian-language tome that argues Russian security services should “introduce geopolitical disorder” in the United States by promoting sectarian and racial tensions.” END QUOTE
Posobiec has tweeted about Dugin’s book, The Foundations of Geopolitics, dozens of times and in 2017 uploaded a picture of it with the caption, “Summer campaign reading.” He tagged his location as the CIA’s headquarters in Virginia in the post.
This connection to Russian ideology is deep for Posobiec. US Intelligence noted that in 2014 and 2015 Russia produced sites like “Southfront”. Southfront sent around 7,000 tweets on Twitter and only one user ever retweeted their information: Jack Posobiec. Details of Southfront were made known as part of sanctions on Russia for trying to influence the 2020 election. They do not explicitly connect Posobiec to the Russian disinformation arm of the FSB (Russian intelligence) but it is a pretty easy leap to see the connection based on his unique interactions with Southfront’s disinformation messaging.
Today Southfront is still on X but goes by the name “Donetsk People’s Republic” which is a reference to a Russian-occupied and disputed territory in the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.
Speaking of Russia and Ukraine. Posobiec has been very active in pushing disinformation about Ukraine. He seems amazingly precise at lining up with Russian propaganda and talking points in everything he says and does. For example, in 2022 Russian soldiers massacred over 450 Ukrainians in Bucha. Posobiec has said on his podcast that there is no way to know for sure what happened here but that anything the Russians did was surely related to a potential biolab in the area that was planning a new Covid event. The ‘biolab’ conspiracy has been routinely debunked and tied to Russian propaganda and conspiracy-theory accounts online.
Posobiec’s consistent message on Russia is that Russia is innocent, Ukraine is guilty, and he promotes the Russian disinformation campaigns whenever possible.
Posobiec is Polish and very active in Polish politics. In Poland Posobiec has been called “a friend” by politician Krzysztof Bosak. Bosak is a prominent figure on the far-right. He advocates for Catholic Nationalism, Polish Isolationism, and for Poland to withdraw from the EU (which is a major policy goal of Vladimir Putin). Bosak is also a flat-earther.
Bosak’s wife is a lead legal counsel for Ordo Iuris, an organization that is affiliated with far-right organizations all over Europe. Ordo Iuris seeks to outlaw LGBT rights, abortion, and divorce in Poland.
In Poland Posobiec has regularly supported a political movement called the ONR (in English called The National Radical Camp). The ONR likes to cosplay as Nazi’s and hold marches where they chant “White Poland!” Posobiec has attended some of their events in Poland to show his support for their Nazi cause. He also regularly helps leaders of the ONR with their social media strategies.
But Posobiek isn’t just a Russian stooge, an antisemite, a Polish far-right-nationalist, and a racist. No, he’s also a misogynist. In 2017 Posobiec got involved in Child predator and rapist Roy Moore’s bid for the open Alabama Senate seat. Moore was so unappealing that he did the nearly impossible and lost in Alabama to a Democrat. But along the way Posobiec used his twitter account to dox Moore’s accuser and Posobiec repeatedly tweeted about Moore’s accuser, calling her a liar and other names.
Posobiec has frequently worked male chauvinists and “manosphere influencers like Mike Cernovich, who was charged with assaulting his first wife. He also regularly associates with Andrew Tate who is currently restricted to remain in Romania while he awaits trial related to sex trafficking, rape, and other charges.
Posobiec has also advocated for his followers to read the “Sanction” books written by Lyndon McLeod. Sanction were self-published books where McLeod ranted about his anti-women idealogy, detailed his grievances of the unfairness of society, and then detailed how he would kill several people. In December 2021 he acted out scenes in his book and killed 5 people like he said he would in the book that Posobiec has encouraged his followers to read after the murders occurred.
On February 23, 2024 at a CPAC Convention Posobiec got a fair amount of attention when he said QUOTE: “Welcome to the end of democracy. We are here to overthrow it completely. We didn’t get all the way there on January 6, but we will endeavor to get rid of it and replace it with this right here.” Posobiec then held up his fist, and added: “All glory is not to government. All glory to God.” END QUOTE.
Part 2: Jack Posobiec speaks at the July, 2024 National Conservatism Conference:
I want to close with a speech Posobiec gave at the National Conservatism Conference on July 10th, 2024. JD Vance, Trump’s pick for VP was at this conference and spoke as well. I’m going to read Posobiec’s full speech because I think it is worth making clear that Vance, who has blurbed Posobiec’s book and was in attendance for the speech Posobiec game is fully aware of what Posobiec stands for. Even more Vance has put his stamp of agreement on these ideas and beliefs. If you support JD Vance then you also support people like Posobiec and what they have to say.
Posobiec’s quote is somewhat long and I want to interject to explain what he is saying. Hopefully it makes sense the way I’ve structured it with Pause Quote and Resume Quote announcements so you know when I’m reading Posobiec or when I’m speaking about his speech.
QUOTE “With stakes such as these, we cannot falter. We cannot hesitate. We must act. This is a no fail mission. We have no choice. We have no option but victory. And may the sword of St. Michael defend us. I don’t know about you, but I will come home with my shield or on it. We are not the Christians who will be fed to the lions. We are the Christians who put on the full armor of god to march into battle against Satan and all his works. PAUSE QUOTE
Posobiec talks about the Sword of Saint Michael. This is a little bit of obscure Catholic rhetoric that I want to explain briefly: In 1884 Pope Leo XIII had a dream where Satan told God that he could destroy the Catholic church within 100 years. Leo XIII penned a prayer and then asked Catholics around the world to recite this prayer during every mass, which Catholics did until 1968. In 1994 Pope John Paul II asked Catholics to resume using the prayer and, though it is not mandatory it is somewhat common to this day. The prayer goes like this:
“Saint Michael Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; may God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.”
In addition to the prayer, the sword of St. Michael is also a geographical anomaly. There are 7 shrines to St. Michael that appear to be in a straight line extending from Ireland to Israel. The mythology of these shrines is that they appear on earth on the line where Saint Michael’s sword cut a path through the earth as he cast Satan and his allies in to hell.
Many right-wing Catholic extremists, including Jack Posobiec and JD Vance, like the Saint Michael mythology because it uses Christian imagery and advocates FOR violence towards your enemies on the basis that since you are Catholic and they are your enemies therefore your enemies must be in league with Satan. So much of Christian teaching is about peace and things like “turning the other cheek”. Saint Michael is popular because it give license to violence in the name of God.
RESUME QUOTE: “Now before I begin, I’d like to address the people across town just now. The globalist world order is having their summit, in honor of NATO. That’s an interesting word, “globalist summit.” As if to imply that they are at their highest point. And you know what? They are. Because as sure as I am standing here today, president Donald J. Trump is waiting in the wings, and when he assumes office, let me tell you, the globalists and their entire regime will be smashed to pieces and scattered to the winds…
“We are going to unite in this endeavor confident in our ability to create a world where we are free from the wasting disease of neoliberalism. Together we will forge a new West, free from the shackles of globalist agendas, and dedicated to the well-being, safety, and liberties of all OUR citizens. PAUSE QUOTE
Globalist is a code word for Jews. Whenever you hear someone talk about “The Globalists” just know that they mean Jews. Posobiec is leaning in to classic “New World Order” conspiracy theories here. Historically, the New World Order aligns to the United Nations but NATO is just as good of a stand-in since the whole theory is made up. The alignment of NATO with Jews in recent years is a talking point from Vladimir Putin. Putin claims that a group of Jews that he calls “Khazarians” or “Khazars” is a powerful mob that converted to Judaism in the 8th Century and has been controlling global affairs, broadly from Ukraine, ever since. This theory is put forward to claim that Putin, rather committing war crimes or genocide with his war in Ukraine is actually a hero who is fighting to save us all from the Khazar Jews.
Posobiec describes the influence of “globalists” (re: Jews) as causing a “wasting disease” on the world. This is a common attack. In 1941 Nazi’s hung posters all over Poland that said “Jews are lice. They cause Typhus.” The Nazi policy was that the only way to stop the spread of disease was to isolate Jews and refuse them medical care or medicine. Posobiec says he wants ‘his’ people to be free of the ‘wasting disease of neoliberalism’. He’s trying to be clever but the messaging and its history come through clearly.
RESUME QUOTE: “Bukele in El Salvador has shown us that we may be free of violent crimes. Milei in Argentina has shown us how we may be free of the permanence of bureaucracies. And Viktor Orban has shown us that it is possible for nation states to once again chart their own course through history. We owe all of this to the strength and courage of Donald Trump and his movement, that showed us that there is a way forward, and a true path for the populist nationalists of the future: representing the interests of the common people for all races, colors, and creeds… PAUSE QUOTE
El Salvador, under Bukele has seen a major drop in homicides from 100 per 100,000 to just 7 per 100,000. Bukele claims this is because he has imprisoned roughly 2% of all adults in the country and moved his police to zero tolerance for any crime. There has been a large rise in police murders of civilians, which Bukele says is worth it for the peace of mind created through this crackdown.
Critics note that Bukele recently was re-elected to another term as President, despite the fact that term-limits should have prohibited him from running again. El Salvador reports that over 30% of all people in the country live below the poverty line and Bukele’s administration appears to be one of the most corrupt in the western hemisphere. Finally, it appears that the mass incarceration may deserve less credit for the reduction in violence. Bukele has cut ‘back-room’ deals with the two largest gangs in his country where he looks the other way on their activities and in exchange they limit some of their violent behavior.
Bukele’s record is complicated. He has clearly made things better overall in El Salvador. But it is not correct to say that his approach has left El Salvador ‘free of violent crimes.’ El Salvador is ranked 3 on 1 – 4 scale of safety by the US State Department. They encourage you to “reconsider traveling to El Salvador.”
Javier Milei took over Argentina and devalued the currency of the country by over 50% through laying off thousands of government workers, eliminating price-fixing strategies, and canceled all public works projects. The effect is that life for average Argentinians got much harder. Price control kept most Argentinians above the poverty line. Now over 40% of Argentinians are below the Poverty Line.
Milei claims that this downturn is only temporary so they can pay off the 10s of billions of dollars in debt Argentina has globally. Once they get out of debt they will become a positive country for other nations to invest in which will drive up the value for all Argentinians. It has only been a few months, so it remains to be seen if Milei’s populist promises will come true. So far driving most Argentinians in to abject poverty has been harsh but also really profitable for the richest 1% of Argentinians. Posobiec’s declaration that Milei’s approach is the right one is not knowable at this point.
Finally, Posobiec mentions Viktor Orban. Orban is the most vocal world leader in support of “Illiberalism.” Orban has tried to balance keeping his country, Hungary, as a democracy so it can maintain the benefits of EU membership and the value of being seen as a Democracy while also trying to disenfranchise millions of Hungarians on the grounds that they are not part of the legitimate class of Hungarians that deserve full rights.
Orban has made changes to the law to take over most media, he has banned courts from ruling on his parties’ actions and budgets, and he has made it illegal for political parties to do things like advertise outside of state run media organizations; which effectively makes parties besides his invisible.
Part of Orban’s Illiberal order is that only Christians can have full rights of citizenship. His blueprint for disenfranchising non-Christians, women, people without multi-generational binds to the nation, and other things are considered a blueprint by would-be Illiberal parties, in particular the Republican Party in the US, for how to change their countries when the opportunity arises. Here Posobiec and I agree that Orban is “charting his own course…” we just disagree on whether that is a good thing or not.
RESUME QUOTE: “Even if we win the election, we still have a chance to save Western civilization, but it is no sure thing. We have to not only campaign effectively but govern effectively. And if we are going to chase the communists back into their urine-soaked faculty lounges, we must learn the lessons of past anti-communist revolutions. Foremost among them: the law of absolute reciprocity. Do unto others as they do unto you. That which is done to our side must be visited upon theirs. For too long, conservatives have only cared about principles but not about power. If you have power but no principles, you are entitled. When you have principles but no power, you are delusional. PAUSE QUOTE
Western Civilization is a common phrase used by white supremacists. It is a way to hide your racism by saying “western” instead of “white.” It’s helpful to understand that people like Posobiec know their true thoughts are unappealing to most people so they work really hard at blurring the real message with more neutral-sounding words.
I also think it is worth taking a moment on Posobiec’s reimaging of the Christian Golden Rule. Jesus said “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Posobiec changes that to “Do unto others as they do unto you.” I always find it stunning when people who loudly proclaim to be Christians do things like this. They can’t stop talking and yet seem incapable of hearing their own words.
In the early 20th century Alistair Crowley created a satanic religion called Thelema. The motto of Thelema was “Do what you will.” Even satanists under Crowley did not advocate for revenge as dogmatic policy. They describe their version of the Golden Rule as the idea that you should align your actions to your true nature, whatever that is. Posobiec goes further in to darkness than the actual historical satanists did by advocating for vengeance in all cases. His “Law of Absolute Reciprocity” is shocking and should be summarily rejected by anyone who wants to live peacefully in a society with other people
RESUME QUOTE: “I’m not talking about power arbitrarily. I’m talking about “do justice.” I am talking about exact reciprocity. And we’ve seen this from time again. During the Cold War, we understood atomic diplomacy. We could use a little bit of atomic diplomacy right now with these Russian nuclear subs off the coast of Miami. Because this is what happens when all negotiations break down. Well let me tell you something. Negotiations with a left such as this is not an option, because we don’t negotiate with terrorists.
“If they are gonna hold J6 investigations to target patriots, then we will hold investigations to identify the neo-cultural Marxists in seats of power all across Washington. I seem to remember a senator from Wisconsin telling us that communists were infiltrating our government. And you know what? He was exactly right. PAUSE QUOTE
Here Posobiec is bringing back Joe McCarthy, Senator from Wisconsin in the 1940’s and 1950’s. McCarthy used repeated proclamations that Communists had infiltrated all levels of the US Government as a way to gain fame and power for himself. He often said he had lists of names of Communists, but never had any proof. McCarthy is one of the most shameful people in America’s history. Propping him up as a hero is unacceptable behavior.
McCarthy had proven ties to Nazi’s, used bully tactics that led to multiple deaths, and was an embarrassment to our country. The only good thing McCarthy did was drink himself to death at an early age so we didn’t have to deal with him for more than a few years.
RESUME QUOTE: “We don’t negotiate with globalist neo-Marxists. Crime and chaos versus law and order.”
“We believe that each nation-state within the new West has a unique cultural heritage that must be preserved and celebrated. We recognize that the strength of our collective identity lies in the richness of our individual cultures. To that end, we will implement policies that respect and uphold our national character, and this includes regulating migration in a way that preserves our cultural identities and our social fabric. By managing migration thoughtfully, we can welcome some—maybe, net zero—who seek to contribute to our societies while safeguarding the essence of that which makes our nation unique.
“And we will work together. This is our national destiny. We will continue the civilizational project that was bequeathed to us by our forefathers. This is our duty. This is our responsibility. Together we will build a future where our collective strength from our nation-states, many of which are gathered here today, leads us to unprecedented heights—to the stars and beyond them, as is our birthright. We are the ones who will win. And in four months, with our tenacity and grit, we will prevail, with God as our witness.
“Thank you, and God save the Republic.” END QUOTE
Posobiec mentions the term “nation-state” a few times at the end of his speech. The dictionary definition of “nation-state” is “a sovereign state whose citizens or subjects are relatively similar in factors such as language or common descent.” In his quote he overlaps Nation and nation-state to make it sound like they are the same. But it is important to note that what he is advocating for is the elimination of America as a diverse and multicultural nation. He wants to replace it with a ‘Nation-State’ where the people who have rights are mostly alike in that they and have similar traits like language, skin-color, and religion.
People like Posobiec aren’t saying that women, blacks, Mexicans, muslims, jews, etc can’t live in the United States. He is saying that only white, male, heterosexual, Christians with evidence of multi-generational history of living in the US should be considered full citizens. Other people may be allowed to live in the United States but they will be second or third class citizens and should not expect to have the same rights as the real citizens.
I’ve spent the time I have on Posobiec and the people he has associated with over the years to try to make it clear that their terrible ideas are in a direct-line with what the more ‘respectable’ right-wing leaders think as well. People like JD Vance or Donald Trump will often try to say they don’t know about these people.
Sometimes they get caught being a little too open and honest and do things like repeat Posobiec’s terrible ideas, or appear at a conference with him. When this happens they will often try to pass it off as being an accident. They were careless or imprecise with their words. They didn’t know that person was at the conference. But we can’t be fooled. Vance didn’t blurb Posobiec’s Neo-Nazi book on accident. He did it because he agrees with it.
